I offer multiple "tighten-up" services, some of which include washing and some that do not. Based on your booking, the service you chose did not include a wash. Additionally, I had another appointment scheduled immediately after yours, which is why I needed to stay on track with my timing. As for the salon, I operate independently, so you wouldn’t see other clients during your visit. If you’d like to adjust your service for next time, I’d be happy to assist you in selecting the best option for your needs. Please let me know how I can help!
