I tweaked something in my neck and tried to work it out myself. After 2 days of nothing but pain, Mary Beth was able to squeeze me in for an emergenc...y massage. She said this was not going to be the usual relaxing massage, and it wasn't (but I was prepared for that). By the end of the hour, I could feel the stiffness of the spasm subsiding and my range of motion increasing. Once again, Mary Beth worked her magic and got me back on track!
