Anna was so nice, very friendly. However my skin on my toe was clipped a little when she was trimming my nails. It’s a bit painful, it will obviously ...heal…otherwise, the experience was wonderful!! Would go back!!

Did the Royal Jelly pedi. Very disappointed. Tech did inadequate work cleaning up cuticles, barely addressed rough skin, did not apply any masque, mas...sage was lackluster rubbing in of cream (no pressure), and did not respond polite requests for correction. Also disappeared at end and never returned (I asked someone else for help 20+ minutes later). Could be entirely different experience with different tech, but how would I know how to get a good one? I had Kim. I had to fix my cuticles and smooth the rough patches at home after a $66 pedi.

Jessi was amazing. I had gotten a new set of gelX nails on May 22nd. I had only had them 11 days and 1 popped off. When Jessi was fixing my nails alm...ost all of them were lifting. Jessi had to soap/remove all of the previous set before she could put a new set on. The new set looks and feels great!! They feel very secure. I haven’t had a set of nails for about 25 years. So I was very disappointed when I started to have trouble with the set that was only 11 day’s old. Again Jessi did awesome!! I will always request her for my nail fills. Thank you Jessi!!!! 💕

The jelly pedicure was disappointing. There was little massage. The overall service fell far short of expectations. The manicure wasn't done well eith...er. There are noticeable gaps between the polish and the skin that are much too wide, considering this is one day after the service.
