Dear Ashley Anderson Thank you for your review, during the challenging weather conditions on January 20th and 21st. As you may know, the winter storm left the roads icy and hazardous, 610 & 288 was shut down along with multiple accidents making travel unsafe. When you called on Tuesday to confirm my availability for your appointment on Wednesday, I genuinely intended to come in. However, upon assessing the road conditions the following morning, I realized that safety had to be my top priority I arrived at the salon, but after seeing the continuing icy patches and the forecast for dropping temperatures, I made the decision to cancel appointments for the day. I communicated this to all my clients and refunded all deposits. I was relieved to hear their understanding and concern for safety. You were the only person to call with no concern for safety but only to have your hair done for an event. To say that I had no “Empathy” is incorrect you just didn’t like the answer “No” after you repeatedly asked me to stay to do your hair. I repeatedly told you that I didn’t want to risk being out on icy roads. I appreciate your willingness to offer extra compensation for my time. However, safety must come first, and I felt it was in my best interest to prioritize my well-being over any appointment I am truly sorry if my decision caused you any inconvenience, but I hope you can understand that my health and safety are paramount.
