Not good experience . I booked 3/27 appointment 1230 the booking indicated service will be 1230-1355 arrived 1220 waited till 1245 as she had 2clients... inn. When I got inn I could see the one client remaining still had A lot to be done so I asked if I’ll be done by 1400 as I have a meeting at 1500. Then Nicole said oh no I need atleast minimum 3hours , but that was not indicated when placing the booking . So I decided to leave she said she would call to make another appointment as I have paid deposit she never did . Show more

Nicole is AMAZING! It's hard to find exclusive natural hair stylists nowadays. I've been struggling trying to care for my daughters 4C hair for years..., I decided to give Nicole a try, and i'm so glad I did. After going to her for several visits, I waited a while to write this review because I wanted to see how my daughters hair responded since being under her care. I have been very pleased with her. I've been doing everything she tells me and using the products she recommended, and I'm seeing a big difference in my daughters hair growth, and moisture levels are getting better. Nicole uses quality products, she's consistent, and her flat twists last. I usually can go a good month with her twists , which is awesome because it lasts until my next visit. I always book ahead because I visit her every month for service, and always look forward to our visits. Also, she goes by appointments, and you're not sitting all day in her salon. I appreciate her hard work. If you're looking for a natural hairstylist that wants you to embrace what you already have, then book a visit with Nicole and i'm sure you'll be happy with her just as much as I am. Show more

Nicole is very knowledgeable in her craft. I love that unlike the past, I don’t spend the whole day at the salon and we are not sitting all on top of ...each other waiting. I am rarely in there with even two people. And shortly after walking in Nicole says ‘you can put your robe on and sit at the bowl’ meaning ‘it’s my turn’! I absolutely love that. Working nights that is so appreciated that one of my few days off I don’t have to spend the entirety at the beauty shop. I can even go after work and be in my bed before 1p. Honestly, I have always gotten complimented on my hair but since I have been coming to Nicole, a few years now, people that are constant in my life have noticed that my hair appears thicker hence I feel that it is healthier… Nicole is also really good about making recommendations for upkeep. The three people that I have referred that have actually tried her out were all three beyond satisfied as well… one friend stated she didn’t even want to wash her hair because she was so in love with her silk press… Signed I would highly recommend ‘hands down’🥰 Show more
