I made an appointment with Peter to prepare my taxes like I do every year, but this year, one of the girls in the front prepared it without even infor...ming me. All she said was “Let me scan your documents.” AND she charged me $40 more than I was charged last year, when I asked why, she said that was about the same as last year. But going over my records, she charged me a lot more, which makes a difference for someone who lives on a fixed income. I don’t appreciate the bait and switch. Show more

I love how honest Peter is and he makes no apologies for who he is. This year though, I felt he was a little off since he wouldn’t listen to what I ha...d to say about deductions. I had justified and legitimate deductions but he didn’t even want to hear it. And I had triple checked on the most updated irs site about it and I could have deducted more. But what’s done is done. His fees are growing exponentially too. Pretty soon I won’t be able to afford him, I can barely afford his services now. Show more
