She didn’t show up for the 10:15am confirmed appointment time. It was only after another client who showed up and seen me leave and called Lucita did ...Lucita reach out to me. Very unprofessional. (I’m a new potential client.) Then she called me and straight up lied about me having an 10:15 am appointment. She said I had an 11:00am appointment. It was literally one lie after the other. There’s no way after listening to her lies was I willing to move forward. I would not recommend her. Show more
