      Pick this option for any type of celebration at the Marina! Marina includes use of outdoor lakeside pavilion and beach. Catch & release fishing welcomed! Poles not provided. NO SWIMMING! This option is great for fishing themed birthday parties, family reunions, Sweet 16s, engagement parties, gender reveals, and more! Venue provides power sources and fans for summer. It boasts a covered pavilion, a lakeside beach, a fire pit, and a small uncovered "stage" for setting up a DJ or single performer. No indoor plumbing. Portable toilets cleaned weekly.

    • BATTLEGROUND

      Choose this party venue and enjoy several acres of nerf gun obstacles in the woods of the Hollow. With a course set up like capture the flag, play by the rules or make your own rules! We don't mind, as long as you have fun! The Battleground includes a small covered area large enough for approximately 35 guests to be protected from the elements, but we do not put a limit on number of guests. Approximately 10 nerf guns are provided by Helena Hollow for use, but we strongly encourage bringing your own and having your guests bring their own as well. After all, you're the best shot with your own equipment--right? Deposits are non-refundable but ARE transferable barring agreed upon circumstances between client at Helena Hollow staff--this includes dangerous weather predictions to be discussed should the issue arise. No power, no plumbing. Portable toilets provided.

Great venue! We did a 2 year old birthday party and loved how it is completely contained- fence around barn area and back to where animals are, helpin...g with peace of mind with lots of tots running around. Venue had everything we needed, drink bucket (provide your own ice), beautiful lighting and tables were set up perfectly. Has a high table top/bar that was perfect for serving food and keeping it out of reach of little hands, cute little cart/gift cake table. Feeding the animals was definitely the highlight. Staff was so helpful and lent a hand for set up where they could. Show more

The venue and atmosphere were fantastic! I think it would be helpful if there was an email that went out the week of or at time of booking letting th...e customer know of the little thing available for use at the venue. I didn’t know we would have a Bluetooth speaker, a drink cooler or s’mores sticks. All of these things are a great asset to the venue, but I didn’t know would be available and I made other arrangements. My daughter loved her party there and said she and her friends had a great time! Show more

We absolutely loved this beautiful venue! It was the perfect place for our daughter’s Sweet 16 party. The heaters and fans during November made the te...mperature perfect. The only complaint I have is that I wish the fire pit would have had wood already in it as well as some chairs around it. We had a wonderful time!! Show more

We hosted my child’s 6th birthday here & we had the best time! The event space was sooo cute and it was shaded which was nice because it’s July! They ...had a “party helper” which stayed with us the whole time making sure we didn’t need anything & she even helped us decorate! Communication was great as well! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Helena Hollow for any event you are planning! We cannot thank the owners enough for the cleanliness! Show more

Let me start off by saying, I loved the barn itself. We appreciated the animals as well. We had a host, but she was a teenager and was stand offish un...til we asked any type of questions. I thought we would have a host or someone kinda being a part of the party. Games were supposed to be a part of the package but there was only two there. I just expected more for the price. We love the Barn Party at Helena Hollow. The kids love feeding the animals but we wish the party could be 3 hoirs instead of 2 hours for this price. ...We didn't have enough time for all the kids to feed the animals and tried to fit all activities within 2 hours. Love the facilities. Show more
