I would love to give Marcie a higher rating but due to lack of professionalism I have to rate the experience a 1. She began my starter locs a few week...s ago, as a new client and new to locs, the experience has been stressful. There was an initial issue with booking a consultation and her not showing up. After speaking with her and asking for my money back due to not showing. We proceed to schedule for my install which went as planned but there was no information on how to wash the locs how to maintain them I was just sent on my way. I contacted her a few weeks later with questions to ask about washing my hair and I had to text 2-3 times for a response. I am now due for my fist retie and I can’t get ahold of her for questions about scheduling. I try and give people the benefit of the doubt but she has continued to show lack of care or concern for me as a client. I do not recommend her services as she is unprofessional.
