The service was very high quality and professional. I wasn't completely sure how it would work, but I went in with an open mind. All I knew was that I... was feeling tension and anxiety in my body. I expressed that at the beginning, and was guided thru thoughts and emotions that I was holding. I think during the whole session, anytime I was holding back or stuck in any emotion, it was brought to my awareness pretty quickly, and I was advised to surrender it. I think the most valuable thing was that it was a really safe space for me to surrender myself and let those emotions pass through me. Overall it exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely return.
