Today is my Birthday weekend and I am so disappointed. I showed up to my apt at 845 a.m this morning only to the stylist Jasmine Smiley to not be the...re. She wouldn’t answer my call I still have yet to hear anything back from her. I hate leave a bad review but this has absolutely ruined my birthday plans and weekends. I have tried texting her she will not respond. I have gone to her in the past so I’m very disappointed. My $30 dollar deposit hasn’t been refunded nothing. I will never nock her work she is good at doing hair, however she could have said SOMETHING. No showing when you’re the stylist is beyond unprofessional! .. I literally have pictures of you with the hair the whole wig was completely bleached of knots and looked very natural. Before you left I made sure you liked your hair and you told me you loved it. You didn't say any of this at appointment or when leaving.. I really wish you guys would stop leaving bad reviews trying to get over on me…

Got my wig done the 10 and by the 12th the wig is off . She can’t do brown skin girls hair. She will put your lace mad dark for no reason . My wig was... lifting the next day (my prom) and she basically blamed her poor work on my wig being small . If you not light skin I would not recommend 0/10 . Asked her kindly to fix after I paid 170 plus tipped n she basically told me no so yeah . Gonna dispute those charges but definitely don’t book her Side note : one minute she says the wig is too small so I can’t get my style and now she replies in the comments after I showed how she clearly couldn’t get the color correct or melt and says the lace was thick lol which one is it . Your wigs lace was terrible the lace thick as well as the lace not being a real frontal the flaps were too small for your head not fitting your head size. I explained to you already the type of wig you purchased from Amazon. I can only do so much with certain wigs from Amazon.

I went to Jasmine May 2, just for my wig installment to be sliding back on May 8. The install didn’t even last one week, then when I told her about wh...at I was experiencing, just for her to have no care in the world ask me if I was putting oil on my skin or sweating and the answer was no, whenever I get a wig install I have good maintenance and my wig last up to 3 weeks not 6 days.. this was not a good experience over all.. when I asking if we can meet in the middle cus I had no problem paying her to fix the situation but she never responded or try to come up with a solution… I just hope nobody else have to experience this… it’s sad 135 dollar for 6days is not worth it save your money or book somewhere else Show more
