After having bad luck finding reliable locticians in my previous hometown, I ended up taking care of my own hair for a while and, unfortunately, messe...d up a few of my locs. When I found Navachi, she welcomed me as a transfer client and completely turned things around! This was my first appointment and she went above and beyond... taking the time to educate me, repair my locs, and correct the issues I had created. She’s incredibly down to earth, fair, quick, and thorough in her work. What I appreciate most is that she truly cares about the health of my locs, not just the style. Finding someone who genuinely cares and knows their craft has been such a blessing. I’m so glad I was able to become one of her clients!
