I love Freedom Rootz. Navachi is such a professsional while also being very down to earth and warm and making you feel very comfortable. The space is ...wonderfully cozy and inviting, and also very clean and elegant feeling. It feels like a little respite from the business of the day being there. And obviously, my hair looks amazing. I get so many compliments. She takes pride in her work and it shows. It was a long search to find an amazing loctician BUT I am so happy to have found her. Other clients' reviews are what gave me the comfort level that I my hair was going to be in great hands. And the reviews were 100% correct. Navachi established my locs and I was so nervous about the process and I felt like kt was very difficult to find consice information on the Internet. And after a no so great consultation by another loctician I was feeling a little deflated. But I left my consultation with Navachi feeling so educated about the process, expectations, understanding my hair better and very confident and EXCITED to moce forward. I cannot say enough good things. If you are looking for a loctician, and/or are still on the fence, I feel like you should end your search. You have found your loctician. And if the appointment date happens to be far out (mine was 4 months out from when I booked), do not be discouraged, know that there is a reason she stays booked and it is worth waiting for the appointment.
