Hi Lindsay, thank you so much for sharing your experience. I’m truly sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your results, especially since brows and lashes can be very personal and sensitive areas. I wish you had reached out to me directly after your appointment so I could have supported you sooner. Client aftercare and satisfaction are extremely important to me, and I always encourage anyone with concerns to contact me right away so we can address them together. For clarity, I perform brow shaping primarily through waxing, only using tweezers for minimal stray hairs. Brow lamination is a chemical service similar to a relaxer, and some dryness or brittleness can occur if aftercare is not followed or if the brows are already fragile, which is why I provide aftercare instructions to help maintain brow health. While shedding can happen for a number of reasons unrelated to the service, I would never want any client to feel distressed about their results. I would be more than happy to schedule a complimentary follow-up so I can take a look, offer a nourishing treatment, and see how I can help restore your brows. Please feel free to reach out to me directly so we can talk through this together. My goal is always to ensure each client leaves feeling confident and cared for.
