So happy with my new haircut and highlights. It turned out exactly how I wanted it. I moved here from Austin and went to 2 hairstylist in San Antonio which did not accomplish what I was looking for. So happy I found Jackie and will continue to be her... loyal customer!

I love my hair. Jaqueline is very talented and she fixed a botched haircut and multiple layers of color. It was a bit pricey, much more than what Booksy appointment predicted. Still, I am very happy with the results. I haven’t had such pretty hair in... years.

I always enjoy my time when getting my hair done. Conversation is great and it’s relaxing. We talk through the process which is nice and seeing each results is awesome. ***Ladies make sure to read all negative reviews*** Most positive ones are from friends and family! She’ll say any and everything to get you in the chair but she will also say any and everything to find a way to up charge you. She’ll make you beli...eve she can provide a service and when she can’t she becomes very unreasonable and argumentative. My second unpleasant visit with her was the one I thought would be my last. I asked if she can retouch my hair because my roots were dark. She went on to say she could! After when I saw they were still dark she proceeded to say my hair can’t lift that much. If she would have stated that from the beginning I wouldn’t have retouched my roots and let them grow out. The worst visit ever! I would like to start off by saying she was late to our scheduled time. From the beginning her communication was non existent. My niece wanted a haircut so I contacted Jackie Oct 27 to ask how much a appt would be for my 15 year old niece. She never got back to me so I ended up making a appointment a month later on Sept 26 under a girls cut which was $25. Then after she finished cutting her hair she adviced me I booked wrong and it needed to be a woman’s cut. (no where on the app did it mention 12& under for girls cut) She did add it while I was standing in front of her. She then advised me it would be $56 because “she had a lot of hair” ( she has very thin hair) and she straighten her hair and usually charges $20 but is only charging me $10 because she was being “nice”. She only straightened the ends of my nieces hair and her bangs. So $35+$10=$45 I still don’t understand why it was $56 and where the other $11 came from. None the less on top of her charging $56 for a less then 30 minute haircut. My niece was very unsatisfied with it. She wanted thin bangs and she messed them up. (Not shorter bangs) I use to refer a lot of people to her but now I would say save your money and go with someone else.

I can’t satisfy everyone, my loyal, new clients know when your in the chair we consult very well. We have more positive than negatives. Your hair doesn’t lift as much it takes sessions. I did mention the link to where to book for our services. Sorry for the inconvenience I did told you in person I can’t answer everyone at once, you should called before booking. You booked under girl haircut, she goes women haircut. All information of salon can only be done in a computer, no moment I had a computer in my hands. Weeks ago that detailed was added. Services have the plus sign, knowing it may go up. Mature & Naive people know if there’s a plus sign next to service it may go up. You were disappointed in the price you should of gone to a Supercuts you can’t afford my services. I did ask you if you were ok with me consulting the haircut with your niece and you said yes. I did ask her if she wanted her bangs a bit shorter she said No, 2 witnesses during service. You were disrespectful and hesitant not wanting to pay that you stated your not scared of me which made you look ridiculous. I called cops for theft of services for not wanting to pay. Cops told you right away when arriving service is done it’s considered theft of services. Now this is a bad experience to me 4-5 years later taking you again and asking for discounts. I was still nice enough to only charge you $10 for flat iron when I charge $25 n up. You have a blessed holidays!
