Booked an appointment for an 11 am and paid 50 dollars to hold an appointment. They called and asked me to move to 9 am, which I did but was inconveni...enced. I was at the salon for 8 hrs. Literally 9 am- 5 pm for balayage. Ended up paying 600 dollars for a balayage treatment and they charged a whole 35 dollars for a cut that literally took 2 mins to shape my face a bit, (not an all over haircut), not expecting free but I would’ve gotten a full haircut/trim if I had known I was being charged for one. I was told in the chair at the start of the process that “extra product may be needed and that it cost 38 dollars” their words verbatim. Still under the impression I was going to be paying around 300 maybe a little more, I said that was fine thinking the extra product was going to cost me 38 additional dollars but they left out the fact that she was going to use additional product on my hair 7 times and charge each time for it. Anyways. Way over priced and bad communication/transparency on pricing. . I’ve never in my life paid over 300 dollars for color nor have I spent an entire day in a hair salon. Also, I showed a picture of a very natural looking blond and left with a greyish blue blonde. It’s beautiful but not at all what I asked for and I paid 600 dollars for it 🙃 Edited to add: I did say (on your camera) that I liked the way it looked. It’s beautiful as I stated. The look of my hair is not the issue. The issue is that it was not communicated to me that the price was 38 per bowl and that she would be using 7 bowls. She told me “38 for extra product”. Bad communication and lack of transparency there. You can find that on the camera too and you could also find on camera me questioning that she used 7 extra bowls of product in complete SHOCK as that part was not shared with me during or before the process. I think I your cameras would benefit myself more than you at this point bc they will prove that it wasn’t fully disclosed to me that that was the price per bowl. It was made out to seem like it was just 38 dollars for extra product. Again my hair is beautiful but the photo I showed her and the photo of my hair now look nothing alike. But that is not the point ! Lack of transparency is the point/problem. And the fact that I can’t find your business on fb or insta and I’m blocked from reaching out to you speaks volumes in itself. Kaley, I do apologize if you were inconvenienced. If you would have said that 9am was an inconvenient I would not have changed the time. During the consultation you requested that your balayage to be as blonde as possible. Balayages are one of the more expensive color services we offer which start at 299+. Your hair length is considered long and the density is thick. This is also why the appointment took so long. Also when booking your appointment it is stated “Price varies depending on the Balayage, and also goes up if extra product is used, per bowl”. During the consultation I did inform you the amount per bowl. I also did not charge for a full haircut. Yes different salons charge different prices. However we use all vegan products with no harsh chemicals. We add a bonding agent to EVERY bowl of lightener, color, and toner to protect the integrity of your hair. Every color service receives a deep conditioning treatment as well. Our pricing is based off the quality of our products and experience. More importantly we have a camera which is posted on the front door stated everything is recorded and at the end of the appointment you did state that you were happy with the end results. Reply : Our policy is stated on all services when booked. I informed you of the extra cost since your hair is long and thick. Not sure why you can’t find us but please fill free to call the salon.

Brought my hair back to life! 🙂 I’m so in love with the way my hair tuned out. Jackie’s Divine Stylism beauty salon did an amazing job on my hair. Sh...e definitely gave my hair some TLC and transformed it to healthy again. I came in with very dry, different colors in my hair it was just horrible the way it looked and felt I was a little bit embarrassed. But I for sure won’t trust anyone else with my hair except Jackie. Jackie is very knowledgeable about hair so any questions you have she will answer them and she explains everything before hand before starting anything on your hair. My hair transformation was like Wow 🤩 it was so shiny and looked so healthy. Her Salon studio is very nice I like the set up it’s very neat and clean. While you are getting your hair done you can watch tv; she has complimentary drinks as well something for everyone. I would definitely 💯 recommend Jackie’s Divine Stylism for you to come and get the service you want. She offers Color, cuts and so much more she does nails 💅 waxing and more. I really loved her using the Vegan Line in my hair I definitely could tell a difference in the way my scalp and how my hair felt.
