My color is on point! Thanks, Allyson! Side Note: The stylist was late as she was out getting my hair color that morning, but she did communicate wi...th me. (She should have already had the color as this was booked 3/4 weeks in advance. Very unprofessional. ) I was charged an extra $60 for double-processing, but the first color didn't work out...so we had to do a red rinse. I was there from 9:30am-6:00pm. And to add insult to injury, I was charged the full price. I also ended up missing out on a scheduled performance that evening bc I was just too tired and weak. My takeaway from this experience: Great personality and friendly service. Just not the most professional. Definitely support this queen, but be sure to bring your own rinse. Show more

I had apologized for being late and you are right I did explain to you that I was late because I didn’t see the note that was put in. Next time I’ll definitely be sure to check the notes. I discussed with you that there was some red at the salon, but when I saw the note, I didn’t have enough so I bought extra including the pink just in case you wanted to try that. We both agreed to try the pink; because you stated that your husband suggested you try something different; unfortunately sometimes color does not come out as expected. I was honest and told you that I didn't not like the color on your skin tone and we needed to change it to warmer color that would better suite you. That is the reason why you didn’t leave until 6pm. It would have been sooner, but the color just didn’t turn out the way as expected and I wanted to make sure that your hair came out with a great result rather than an bad one. I strive to be as professional as possible, considering this was my first ever hearing this, but thank you for your constructive criticism.
