Hello and thank you for your review. The service that was chosen for the appointment was for a retwist only. No style was added. As far as starting late on my part I do apologize; However your appointment was at 4:15 and your daughter didn't arrive until 4:40. If situations like this arise this arise I do the best I can with my clients and services; Unfortunately it was one of those days to where time got the best of all of us. If there is a resolution that can be solved of all of this and your experience I am open to talk, if not thank you allowing me to service you. Moving forward I will resolve the matter on my end as for as my time spilling over. Thank you.
