I am not much for general messages, but I found your technique very informative and beneficial. I really enjoyed it and overall felt better because o...f it. The one thing that I found uncomfortable was the table. I have arthritis in my neck and spending so much time on my stomach with my head turned to one side or the other hurt my neck. I think a table with a hole in it so you can put your face face down would have definitely improved my experience. However, someone without neck problems may not need that at all. Show more

Hi Wendy! I'm glad that you experienced some good results from the treatment. Also, for your next visit, I do have a separate face/neck cradle that can be used to help alleviate the neck tension when you're face down. Traditionally, Shiatsu is performed on the ground with a small pillow for support. However, that doesn't mean that we always follow that tradition, and I want you to be as comfortable as you desire. Thank you again for your feedback, and this is something I have a workaround to help.
