My experience was not pleasant at all. I had a 4:15 pm appointment and didn’t leave the shop until 10pm… Shw had multiple ppl ahead of me and assured ...me that the wait wouldn’t be too long and sure enough I left out that night. To add insult to injury , she couldn’t even take anything off my ticket.. I’ll never return. It was such an inconvenience for me and my daughter and she just didn’t give a damn. She didn’t communicate anything to me at all.. had me waiting for 6 damn hours. Show more

As previously discussed at several points in the appointment I do not service children and this appointment was honored as a courtesy because the parent was a regular client. As stated in my booking policy I specialize in color and luxury installs and there was a wait time that was communicated when the parent first arrived. I never assured you of a specific time but it absolutely was not 6 hours. Two clients agreed to allow her to be serviced ahead of their scheduled appointments my apologies that my constant communication and efforts to accommodate your child based on your continued support was not satisfactory for you and that I could not comp your visit as I was expecting an adult and do not have child pricing.

Customer Service was everything🥰! Everyone was really nice and inviting. The salon itself was beautiful. Tierra made me feel really comfortable with ...the way she vocalized everything she was doing to my hair before she did it. I was very nervous about getting the big chop but ended up loving my hair.
