From the moment we arrived, Steph was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the best practices for caring for my daughter's locs. Steph provided us with some fantastic pointers that I know will make a huge difference in maintaining her hair. I especially appreciated how she went above and beyond by teaching me some techniques for re-twisting, which I found incredibly helpful.
