Where do I begin with this catastrophe. First off, they were late. Had a 11:30am appointment but they showed up around or after noon so I had already ...left to go back to work when they arrived. I paid for the $250 extreme detail. What I got was my carpet cleaned and and a stain extracted from my back seat. The two spots on the front seat weren't even touched. Any trash that was taken out of the car was left on the curb on the grass in front of my house. Used my water and hose and left it unrolled Show more

I feel like the wash was decent but could have been a lot better. Granted the appointment time was later in the afternoon so there wasn’t much light b...ut I feel like that’s where flood light or something would help. There where about 6 place where there were about a hand size of water spots and 2 scratches which one is kinda big and the other one not that big. There were a couple spots of wax that were left but they did leave a microfiber toner to get them myself. Show more

1:50p appointment became 3pm then 4pm then 4:30 pm before they finally showed up. Obviously did not want to be there and the quality was horrible. Qu...ite a contrast to my previous experience. Very unprofessional. Too many problems to get into but I think you have a real problem with the guy that came to my home. Suffice it to say you lost more than just my business going forward.
