No one even showed up for the appointment. Didn’t even get a courtesy call saying they couldn’t make it. Have been trying to get someone at the store ...for over 2 weeks. I had scheduled an appointment on their webpage. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment (and stayed for about 20 minutes waiting), but the busi...ness was locked, and nobody answered the phone. Voicemail was full and so I couldn't leave a message. My family has used them in the past, and they have been wonderful. But it is very poor service to allow an appointment to be scheduled via their website (I even received a confirmation email), and then not show up during that time. Show more
