90 Min Customized Couple Massage

Date of visit: 5/22/2022 my recent visit to jade spa was the worst i have ever experienced in the 20 years receiving massage therapy. To begin, the r...oom was stuffy and when i asked for some ventilation, it appeared to be a chore to them by the look they gave me instead of providing good customer service. The massage was suppose to be deep tissue but instead it was an oily rub down that never got better even after asking the therapist to place more pressure on deep tissue massage, request was repeatedly ignored. Now, to you women that think about trying this place out, let me tell you that what I experienced could best be described as a feel up on your intimate areas. My fault was not immediately stopping the session in that moment. Instead I reasoned with myself that he was working on muscles that targeted specific areas. Never Again!!! Lastly, when paying for service, i was shown a tip envelope that dictates the tip amount they EXPECT, yes EXPECT! I of course refused to give in to their expectation and preferred to stand my ground while the massage therapist insisted on tip payment while starring me down as to intimidate me. No one should be obligated to pay a tip unless customer is made aware prior to receiving service and even then, it's up to the customers discretion to decide amount. Never will I ever return to this place and strongly recommend that you don't either. Show more

I didn’t like the massage I received from the man here….he had callus hands that were peeling and it was really gross. I really wanted to have a pleas...ant massage but instead it felt like someone was scraping their scabs on my back…I wish I never paid you I just threw my money away and you were so judgmental for a tip. How dare you stare me in the eye and demand a larger tip! You don’t decide the amount of tip the customer does. Your massage was not good at all for even the price you gave. Show more

My husband and I went in for a facial with Tiffany and a massage with Lucy. The place is very clean. Tiffany did an amazing job with cleaning out our... white heads and doing a deep cleaning on our faces. Our faces liked so bright! We had massages from Lucy and she puts just enough pressure to massage the tense areas but also relaxing enough to enjoy. I would recommend Serenity Jade Spa. Show more

Mike the masseur was wonderful he did a excellent job. I highly recommend him. However; the lady working at the front very unprofessional she forced ...me to give a 20% tip after I told her I only had $6 with me I had to put it on my ATM card she demanded a tip. That’s unheard of I did not appreciate that. I understand prices has gone up and i dont have a problem paying but to demand a tip is wrong and not good business. They lost my business. Show more
