I'm speechless! Mr. Townsend brought my brows back to life. I took a train from Baltimore to Philly to personally have my brows done by him. After try...ing to fix my brows for over a year, I knew I had to make an appointment. He reshaped them, and I purchased his "Tresselix Brow" eyebrow restoration serum that I will use to help them grow back healthy. I can't thank you enough, Mr. Townsend. I am looking forward to returning in a few weeks. Show more

Best brow service I’ve ever received. The salon was warm and comfortable. They had light refreshments which was nice. Nicck was very professional. He ...even complimented my natural brows which made me feel good because I think my brows are a mess lol. Nicck explained to me the products he used and the benefits. The wax he used was not like any other wax I’ve felt. It wasn’t very hot and it was painless to my surprise. I’m not a fan of wax for that reason. I absolutely love the end result. 10/10 hands down. I love the eyebrow shaping and dye services offered by Nicck and his partner Vera, in addition to the facial products. I waited about 4-5 weeks before... posting this review to see the long-term results, and I am pleasantly surprised by how my skin feels. I also appreciate the small trial pots that allow you to properly try the products before committing to the full sizes. My favorites are the One Nightly Mask and the One Moisturizer, which has a wonderfully whipped texture. All the products are a joy to use. I’m just so happy I discovered these services! Unfortunately I wasn’t able to have an experience with this provider. I attempted to call several times and get more specific directions to find the s...alon, the call wasn’t answered until it was too late (past the 5 minute grace period) and I was informed that I would have to reschedule and pay for the appointment again. It was very disappointing since I was looking forward to working with this salon and provider. Once I was able to find the salon there were kids playing around in the lobby area which isn’t my preferred experience. Hope others have a better experience, would recommend for the salon to adjust their description of how to find their building as several other customers who I encountered also struggled to find the building. I attended my first appointment with Nicck and my experience was phenomenal. Nicck is a brow architect. He took the time to understand my brow goals ...and educate me on how best to obtain them. My brows look great. Everyone was extremely professional and kind. On the morning of my appointment, someone called to let me know the road was blocked and redirected me to an alternate route. The salon is about 45 minutes away from me, but my experience was worth every minute of the drive. He has gained a new client. Show more

The salon aesthetic is beautiful very Inviting. The owner is very personable and polite. He was very welcoming. He used the whole 30 minute time slo...t. He didn’t rush he took his time.
