Amazing experience!! Spa ambiance mixed with professionalism, skill and stellar results! I must say that I was a little nervous about arriving late fr...om the reviews that I read online. It was prom week so making it on time was imperative. We left from Jersey around 1:40, ran into a little traffic, but arrived with 20 minutes to spare. My recommendation is to definitely travel to the salon by way of Kelly Drive if possible to avoid that 76W congestion. One of the staff (I hate that I can’t remember his name because he was so kind and professional) mentioned that Kelly drive should be avoided if there is some type of event in that area. I didn’t run into any problems finding the salon and found parking rather quickly not too far from the salon. Nice area!! So…from the moment I walked into the salon the experience was top tier. Ambience: soft R&B music playing, clean, comfortable waiting area with complimentary snacks and water, spa vibes. The pleasant staff immediately made eye contact, greeted and checked me in. The appointment with Nicck started promptly at 3pm. He made my 17 yr old daughter who is a virgin to eyebrow shaping feel EXTREMELY comfortable during the process. I was a little nervous so being the helicopter mom that I am I went to hover by the chair as Nicck was working his magic and his staff member immediately directed me back to the waiting area in the sweetest way, assuring me that Nicck is going to take care of my baby. I was cracking up. Afterwards we chatted a bit with Nicck and one of his staff members which made the experience even better. I fell in love with Nicck’s personality and his work on Instagram and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. We will DEFINITELY be returning. Money and time well spent!!
