I'm speechless! Mr. Townsend brought my brows back to life. I took a train from Baltimore to Philly to personally have my brows done by him. After try...ing to fix my brows for over a year, I knew I had to make an appointment. He reshaped them, and I purchased his "Tresselix Brow" eyebrow restoration serum that I will use to help them grow back healthy. I can't thank you enough, Mr. Townsend. I am looking forward to returning in a few weeks. Show more

Best brow service I’ve ever received. The salon was warm and comfortable. They had light refreshments which was nice. Nicck was very professional. He ...even complimented my natural brows which made me feel good because I think my brows are a mess lol. Nicck explained to me the products he used and the benefits. The wax he used was not like any other wax I’ve felt. It wasn’t very hot and it was painless to my surprise. I’m not a fan of wax for that reason. I absolutely love the end result. 10/10 hands down. I love the eyebrow shaping and dye services offered by Nicck and his partner Vera, in addition to the facial products. I waited about 4-5 weeks before... posting this review to see the long-term results, and I am pleasantly surprised by how my skin feels. I also appreciate the small trial pots that allow you to properly try the products before committing to the full sizes. My favorites are the One Nightly Mask and the One Moisturizer, which has a wonderfully whipped texture. All the products are a joy to use. I’m just so happy I discovered these services!
