From the moment I walked into the salon, the atmosphere was professional, welcoming, and beautifully curated, with festive holiday decor and the music setting the perfect vibe. Nicck is truly a master of his craft. He took his time, explained the process (on demand - lol), and delivered flawless results that enhanced my natural features while still keeping everything soft and elegant. I felt completely confident in his hands, and the outcome was in line with my high expectations. And let’s talk about Orchard, the Yorkie—the undisputed queen of the salon 👑. From accepting treats for a paw shake to casually breaking out a Michael Jackson moonwalk and twirl, Orchard added so much joy and personality to the experience. Pure entertainment! If you’re looking for precision, professionalism, great energy, and an unforgettable salon experience, Nicck Townsend is the one.
