Large selection of suits, and no pressure on me to select suits for try-on, obtain a changing room, and try on the selected suits. Another positive: ...the Suit Lady always made herself available to opine on how the suit looked on me. Slight negative: my booking/appointment made no difference -- after waiting 5min for someone to personally work with me, I simply walked to the appropriate rack and began selecting suits, just as I would if I was a "walk-in". (When the store location was a private house, an appointment was required; now that it's a public store, an appointment seems to be superfluous.)

We had a great experience buying a tux. My husband hates to shop and we made an appt...Naomi took one look at him, was spot-on taking a jacket and pan...ts off the rack in his exact size and showed us a classic tux that only needed hemming. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes with a beautiful tux at a great price! She also gave us advice on the white shirt and bow tie to look for. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a suit or tux, esp if you hate to shop!!!
