As always, I had a wonderful appointment with Kim! She always starts with our discussion of how I’d like my next haircut. She gives a relaxing shampoo... massage and I appreciate her concern that my neck is positioned fine since I have bone spurs in my neck and she wants to make sure I’m comfortable when she’s shampooing my hair! As far as the haircut, she does a fabulous job and her eye for detail gets my hair just how I like it, including my getting many compliments on it!! I always look forward to my haircut with Kim as not only do I get a fantastic haircut but she’s also so pleasant to talk with and is genuinely interested in how my family and I are doing! I’m blessed to have found someone who consistently does a fabulous job! Show more
