I cleaned all of my tools right infront of you before cutting your hair buddy.. unfortunately you already had acne in the back of your head, you came in with super long hair ofcoarse your not going to see it before cutting it bald. Don't see what the problem is specially when I gave you the mirror to check the service. Never did you say you were not satisfied. I don't appreciate any false accusations.
