Our apologies that you felt this way during your appointment with us. We did our best to educate you on why a synthetic wig was truly not the best option because of the thick lace and low quality hair that couldn't even be styled properly with our professional tools. Also, we fully communicated how you should have prepped for your appointment so it could be successful. If you need a thin lace feel free to visit our website for the best lace frontal wigs.
