This is my second time booking Vanilsa. This time we had a NYE event. I booked for me & my youngest daughter. Vanilsa was on time & was also very und...erstanding of us switching our turns, since I had to finish some party decorations. Like the previous time she was very friendly& kind. She even took the time to stop my daughters makeup , to help me look for our Frenchie puppy who had ran out to the street. Before leaving she gave my daughter some advice on how to style our hair and what product was best. What I love about her is that she’s very patient, plus she really cares about you and your satisfaction with the results. I have been a store manager for over 22 years, and a new hire trainer, so believe me when I tell you … she’s the definition of great customer service. Everyone @ the event couldn’t stop complementing us! Thanks Vanilsa for making us look amazing! I already booked my next appointment. Show more

I contacted it her the day before my event. She was very quickly replying. She was early, and very friendly. She really listen to my concerns and took... the time to ask every step of the way if it was okay or if I wanted to change anything. I really loved how it turned out & it lasted all night even with me dancing & jumping around. II will definitely will book her again for my future events. She got a loyal customer in me.
