I came to Jenna after a bad experience (luckily, it was in means of the microblading NOT staying vs being OVER-done! Shew! Lol) So, after seeing Jenna...'s work, hearing a bit of her story and the obvious passion she holds for her expertise- I dont think I'd go anywhere else! She's extremely knowledgable of her craft, thorough in detail, and I must say- maybe its the empath in me but, it's the little things that really count in the end to truly want to stay a faithful customer and it's just nice to know I've found that at PoshBrow. At my last touch-up, I felt I had already developed a trust for Jenna's critiques and perfectionism so after showing inspo pics & explaining the look I was going for, she suggested maybe a powder fill in (I think I'm using the right verbiage, lol) at that point I told her to "do whatever you think, I trust you!", but instead of flattering herself with the compliment as I feel many others may do, she seemed to stay more aligned with ensuring the "customers getting what they want" and took the time to explain further what that process would entail and coming back with my favorite reminder (especially, when I start my manic beauty-sprees ...lol) "Sometimes, less is more! We can always go back and add on later" Alright Mama! I know that's right! **Sorry, I didnt get a photo yet. Will add one later if I can! They look amazing so far! I like my natural hair stroke look, so I think sometimes they can be more prone to fade- in particular, the ones closer to center so, we shall see! She ensured I was scheduled for a checkup just in case! Also, dont quote me on anything lol- just ask Jenna! She's awesome 👏 Show more
