Billy is hands down one of the best barbers in San Diego. My autistic son has been going to him for years now. We try to avoid large crowds when getti...ng my sons hair cut because he usually puts up a fight, and it takes a lot of work to get the job done. Because of this, Billy opens the shop an hour early so that our appointments are private. He has a forever client in us.
