Norva is clearly knowledgeable and took her time speaking with me about my history and the concerns I was bringing with me for this intro assessment. ...The atmosphere was warm and she made me feel heard as I dove into the pain points (both physical and emotional). I appreciated the holistic approach and multiple treatment modalities offered. I'm taking a star off because, as this was my first introduction to acupuncture, it would have been nice to hear from her the benefits and more explanation around why she placed the needles where she did, etc. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and have already scheduled a follow up!
