Norva is clearly knowledgeable and took her time speaking with me about my history and the concerns I was bringing with me for this intro assessment. ...The atmosphere was warm and she made me feel heard as I dove into the pain points (both physical and emotional). I appreciated the holistic approach and multiple treatment modalities offered. I'm taking a star off because, as this was my first introduction to acupuncture, it would have been nice to hear from her the benefits and more explanation around why she placed the needles where she did, etc. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and have already scheduled a follow up!

The offices are welcoming and comfortable, her bedside manner is that of an empathetic healer, and her treatments are highly effective. I can't recommend Shen Shu enough

When decades of wearing pointy-toed high heels finally caught up with me - a bunion, bone spur and osteoarthritis in both big toe joints - instead of ...pursuing painful surgery or band-aiding the pain with cortisone injections, I booked a consult with Norva. She spent 20 minutes before the acupuncture taking me through a rotation of easy strengthening exercises, recommended Yoga Toes to help retrain my toes to a more normal position and generally put me back in the driver's seat of my foot health!
