Must be a scam. Submitted my card info to confirm appointment. No shop by that name when out looking. Called the number provided with no answer. I did... receive a text saying, who is this? Unprofessional. Don’t waste your time. Show more

This guy does not respect people’s time! Scheduled an appointment at 3pm for him to text me at 2:30pm saying can I meet him at 9pm?!? Yes 9pm! I agree...d and he still stood me up. This guy is super unprofessional so if you want your time wasted go for it! This is my first time trying to get a cut as the military just moved me here….this is very disappointing! I hope other barbers here in water town are more professional. Show more

2 instances where I scheduled a cut just for the time I set the appointment for to be changed before ultimately being cancelled by this dude. I unders...tand life can get hectic at times but be realistic. If a day isn’t a good day for you, don’t have the option to schedule an appointment on that day. Lot of time was wasted. Other than that, good barber. Show more

If your skin is sensative thatt may be a reason why. But here we are very clean with our tools . We clean as we seat the client down so they can see. But have a good day sir.

Business or yardsale? After a few setbacks I finally got a haircut but this guy. The cut was legit but booking with this app just didn’t work for me a...s Frank makes his own hours, not listed on this platform. First experience was the week prior to New Year’s Eve, I didn’t want to get cut for a normal NYE reason, just to get a haircut, so I booked. 2 hours before the “appt” the guy messaged me saying hey bc of new years, it’s gonna be 40% more. Respectfully, I just changed the appt to after the new year as I was worried to try a barber after transitioning to Watertown. I show up to get my cut in a residential neighborhood but at this point I’ve already committed to it. It was odd to be at a “barbershop” in someone’s garage, he tried to make it legit I believe, most of the cut he was looking through the yardsale of a station he had. The cut was not bad but professionalism just crashed the barber. Supporting the garage barber, I make another appt… almost 11 at night prior to the appt I get a text from a random number saying “book for Monday, I’m busy tomorrow” so at this point I can’t and will not want anyone else to deal with making appts a week out and planning around that time just to be told To reschedule. If you want a cut, go somewhere else with better professionalism and communication skills. Show more
