Punctual, clean, sweet, thorough. We started off at 14 in length (Chris Brown concert ) and went down to 11s.. ( day to day) I love how she’s suggests... we build until we find what works out for me. I got just that! I haven’t did my lashes for a while since I would have anxiety attacks with my eyes closed. I didn’t feel at all scared with Penelope and that’s definitely a huge mile stone cause the mind is very hard to tame !
