This is the most unprofessional salon I have ever encountered. Had a hair appointment booked with owner for 3 weeks in advance , showed up to appointm...ent on time, & owner was nowhere to be found & shop was closed. I had to find a way to reach out to so called owner named QUTEE who then made a million and one excuses as to why she could not come into work that day. Explained I would get a full refund on my deposit and my hair would be done as soon as her business was handled. Two days later she now does not want to do my hair as promised nor give me my refund. Please watch out for this salon, they are scammers !!!!! Show more

You agreed! But when I received an ugly text from you. I requested your zelle info to refund your deposit only and refused to service bad ENERGY Especially in a Time/Situation as such.
