Absolutely hands down the best experience I have had. I went in for a long over due facial. I opted for the deep cleaning. I was treated like a prince...ss the entire time. She made sure I knew each step in the process and that I was comfortable. I had a wedding to attend 5 days later and was concerned my face would be red or inflammed but she assured me I would be fine. The day after she made sure to check in with me, and when I told her I was still a bit red, she made sure to have a gentle scrub ready for pickup. I followed her instructions to the T and my face was fine for the wedding day. She reached out everyday including that day!! Wow talk about great customer service. My face is so soft and clean, now because of it, i have been doing a better job of self care for my face every day and night. I will definitely be back for maintenance and other procedures. Show more
