Franklin I usually respond to all of my comments personally but here you go smh… Since I started doing your hair almost 15 years ago not only do I have to fight with you almost every single time to pay the entire amount you owe, I texted you upon making this appointment to stress to you the slight price increase as well as a time change. I reached out to you THE DAY that you booked and never got a response. I can literally go on and on with a list of things including the fact that I have NEVER turned you away in almost 15 years even though you come to me with Severe Soriasis and REFUSE to go see a medical professional in all these years. Instead, I treat your condition myself which absolutely works but it’s temporary. I am forced to throw away everything I use for sanitary purposes and protecting my other clients and I have NEVER asked you to pay me for anything I am forced to discard. I love each and everyone of my clients and I treat everyone with respect. I have gone above and beyond to always service you and provide excellent service. Take Care 🙏🏾…
