The attention to detail was unmatched—he didn’t just rush through the cut, but rather took his time, making sure every part of my haircut was perfect. Arnold clearly cares about quality and customer satisfaction above all else. On top of the excellent haircut, the friendly conversation made the experience even better. It felt more like hanging out with a friend than just a haircut appointment.
