      This is a 45 minute session focused on the front and back neck, head, facial muscles and muscles inside the mouth.  This is helpful for anyone who grinds or clenches their teeth, and helpful for tension or temporal headaches.

    • Prenatal Massage

      A massage specifically adapted to focus on your physical and emotional changes during pregnancy.  I use gentle, pregnancy-safe techniques to address muscle tension, joint pain, swelling and stress while avoiding areas of pressure points that could pose a risk to the mother or the baby.
