Large knotless braids

Let me just say I am not a confrontational person. When I booked I was under the impression that she could do the style she said she could in the pos...t on Facebook but in large. Customer service: my appointment was set for 2 but she did communicate that she needed to push it to 4. Which was fine for me. I just really needed my hair done. Then I walk in the salon and she has her puppy there. I'm allergic so I'm sneezing and blowing my nose every second. Sat in the chair the whole time feeling my face slowly swelling. She put him in his bag but that doesn't remove the dander already in the air. Again. I just wanted my hair done. The style: not even close to LARGE knotless braids. My mistake: not looking in the mirror sooner. Show more

I’m so sorry you were not happy with your services with me. I wish you would’ve let me known before you left so I could’ve fixed it for you. I honestly think it was a miscommunication because the picture you posted in this review are medium goddess knotless braids. I did provide you large knotless braids as you asked for which should’ve have been medium size. About the timing I do apologize for that as well due to me being new to this booking site & it was a last min booking when you booked. I truly want to apologize about my puppy being there as well because I should’ve asked you if you were allergic. Thank you for your feedback I'm a young lady still learning this industry, again I sincerely apologize.
