I was hoping to leave a 5 star but unfortunately I was stood up for my appointment I was told the stylist is running late and she asked if I could com...e tomorrow instead ? I let her know I would be going out of town and that I wouldn’t be able to come the next day , she doesn’t respond , mind you this already after she has changed my appointment time in the Booksy app without telling me . So I proceed to show up to the scheduled time (after sitting in rush hour traffic for 45 minutes ) knock on the door and ring the ring camera and get nothing , I then proceed to call 3 times and get nothing response . This is very unprofessional and disappointing. Fortunately I was able to find another braider the same night , this was not a good experience Show more
