Not experienced in loc maintaince and styling. Thank you for your unprofessional response. I have no issue doing my own hair and taking responsibilit...y for how I haven't maintained it. I came to you because I didn't feel like dealing with it at the time. If a retwist didn't come with the style, you could have simply stated that. I have no problem paying for it. Obviously, I assumed it did because I brought my own retwist gel and you didn't say anything. Further more, I asked you to reattach a loc that had broken off. You looked so confused, but gladly "reattached" it like you knew what you were doing. Only to find out, you had used needle and thread to "reattach" it. Which is an obvious NO, if you know anything about locs, but you don't. I'm going suggest you keep providing other services that does not have anything to do with locs. Show more

I arrived w/ severe shedding & dry damaged hair with a little breakage. Monica provided advice & hooked me up she uses great products to ( Designer Es...sentials, Mizani etc etc).❤ The day after getting my hair done I combed my hair wrap down & was surprised when there wasn't not 1 strand of hair in the comb. I was very impressed because my bathroom counter & comb are normally full of strands. On Day 2 I still had absolutely no shedding & my hair has remained bouncy & shiny as mink.❤ Show more
