Cynthia was absolutely amazing! I am 5 months pregnant and she was super accommodating to the position I needed to lay and allowed me to bring my own ...pillow so I was more comfortable. She was super attentive and informative. We had great conversation the entire appointment and it felt like I had known her for years! I'm super pissed I made an appointment put my down payment made an appointment 345 which then got changed until 6:00 I had to make sure that I had som...eone to sit with my son because it was going to be super late by the time I got back .it is less than 30 minutes like time for me to walk out the door for her to tell me that she's not going to do my lashes she didn't feel comfortable doing my lashes because I disclose to her that I had dry eye and I had injured my eye on Sunday which I've been taking medication for which she did my eye lashes the first time and I had a way worse situation with my eye but I didn't disclose to her and my eye was healing I might have told her I don't know we talked about a lot of things. I see not just eye doctors I see microsurgeons. amazing doctors that know what they're doing. I just saw one on Sunday because my eye started hurting me mind you this is 3 weeks later after lashes had nothing to donwith them.My eyes healed I have dry eye which can take a layer off of your eyes if you sleep or whatever I've been taking medication for 3 days My eyes feel fine I disclose this to her My doctor told me getting lashes had nothing to do with it actually both of my eye exams that I've gotten and I'll have another one done on Friday I've had lashes in and he said its fine. so she knows better than my microsurgeon I guess because she won't do my eyelashes and it's the 30 minutes before I'm walking out of my door and me rearranging my day and me getting somebody to sit with my son for me. she's a cool girl a however she does not know more than my doctor who's a microsurgeon and told me I'm good to go to get my lashes done he would have told me to stop betting them done or Don't get your lashes done if this was the issue he told me this has nothing to do with me getting my lashes done and I'm pissed! I try to be really respectful of people's time I have somewhere that I'm going I wanted my lashes done I expected them done and to me it just seemed like she just didn't want to do my lashes today like she's just not feeling it like she had offered earlier to reschedule and I was like no I'm good and it was over something else so she just didn't feel like doing my lashes today or she has something else to do or whatever I even changed my time and she was trying to get me to reschedule earlier and this is BEFORE I even told her about my eyes and I was like no I can do later that's fine ....she didn't want to do my eyelashes today she just didn't feel like making some money or was busy.I'm an excellent client I tip well I went out of my way to find her cash app so that I could tip her more the last time that she did my lashes because I only had $10 on me and I wanted to tip her 20. I messaged her early in the day because I was worried about whether I was going to be late or not and I told her I might be like 15 minutes late and I was like no I'll be fine because I had my times messed up and then she changed it from that time until 6:00 so I was like okay but that's late for me because I have to get my son ready for school so I had to get somebody to sit with him so I went through all of this just for no reason I just find it disrespectful of my time when I try to go out of my way to be respectful of people's time because time is money right ???but the same respect wasn't given to me. it was definitely "I don't feel like doing lashes tonight" or "I have something else to do vibe" from someone who is literally younger than most of my children telling me what my surgeon has told me is okay to do like it's a liability it's not a liability I'm being candid with you and that's what I get for being candid with you and I have the doctors okay .The point is I had an appointment put down my down payment for her time but where is the respect for my time there is none. ... it's bullshit Show more

I’m so sorry that I disappointed you, I didn’t feel comfortable doing your lashes eventhough the doctor said you could, and I only canceled it last min because you told me last minute.
