Good morning Lela! Sorry to hear that . The braider was 20mn late. But unfortunately we talk at the phone when i was on the parking lot and you said you can't make it again because you have program at 9:15Am or your hair appointment suppose to be completely done by 9:45Am. Thanks We talk at the phone around 8:15Am and you said you can't make it again. After begging you to let both of us do it quickly, you refuse That why I stay in my car to wait for the next customer .

My hairdresser was 30+ minutes late to my scheduled appointment. I was not informed that the hair needed for my particular styles as not provided, so ...I went with box braids. The hair dresser’s son was very bored and repeatedly would ask if she was done. This made me feel as though I was a bother and taking up her time. In addition, I was uncomfortable the whole time I got my hair done. I almost ran out the door when she finished. I will not be going back!!! Definitely not a relaxing or comfortable environment.
