Unfortunately not the best experience, I booked with Alex weeks in advance, which he didnt confirm until maybe a week or so before the appointment dat...e, and in my opinion only because I reached out to him on a social media app. The day of the appointment, he says he messaged and called me to see if I could change appointment times, I didn’t receive any of these calls or texts. My number wasn’t up to date, so I can’t say this specific thing was his fault, but he did have my social media account which he could have messaged but failed to do so. So at the appointment time, which was at 1pm, I show up and wait for him, to then have another one of the shop employees tell me Alex can’t make it, he was I n contact with him, so I got to speak with Alex. He mentions the above text about trying to get in contact with me. He then says he can make it in an hour in a half or so, so he said 2:30 or 3, to be able to cut my hair. I tell him I will let him know, about 5 - 7 minutes later I message him saying that time will work, he then proceeds to tell me he can’t make that time either now. But can cut my hair way later on into the night time. Quite unprofessional, but that’s just my opinion. Up to you if this matters enough to think twice about coming here. Me, I’ll probably just find another barber. And this has nothing to do with his actual haircuts, he might be amazing at them, I just didn’t get to get to that part, so for my experience, one star.
