Female Haircut Blow Dry

My experience at this salon was very disappointing. The hairdresser assumed I had applied a treatment to my hair, even after I explained that I had on...ly used a mask from Kérastase My explanation was dismissed, and I felt I wasn’t being treated with honesty or respect. I came in for a simple blow-dry and flat iron, but during the service I was burned a couple of times, which made the visit very uncomfortable. On top of that, the stylist was extremely rude and acted as if I wasn’t telling the truth. I truly hope the salon can work on listening to clients, treating them respectfully, and being more careful during services. Show more

I do not recommend this place for women going alone, because the hairdresser (I believe he is the owner) was very rude and stupid with me. I arrived w...ith my hair already washed and didn't want to use a flat iron, after the blowdry, and he didn’t like. I felt unsafe being alone in the salon with just this man, with his treatment with me. Terrible service Show more
