I received amazing service from Claudia. Her skill, knowledge and expertise is top notch. While she could have a just done a simple retwist of my star...ter Locs and sent me on my way, she immediately realized that they were not done properly by the previous person. She took out the twists I had in, washed my hair thoroughly, and started all new starter Locs for me and was so patient, kind and informative about the entire process. I had an appointment today which we both knew would be a long appointment because I had to get my hair bleached then died with the color of my choice ...then I had to get my locks retwisted I like the way she dyed my hair but because she was running late for her other appointment when I left the dryer she just sent me to the side which is where the customer sit when they're waiting to be serviced I asked her to cut my rough ends off my locks when she didn't do I don't like being rushed my money is just as good as anybody else's and I know I was rushed especially at the end because she said she don't like for her other customers to be waiting I wasn't late for my appointment I was actually early but again I like how she dyed my hair and this is the first time she's done this because I've been there before today so I don't know what the problem was today but she's a good stylist but again my money is just as good as anybody else's and I don't like to be rushed especially when I'm paying for the service Show more
