I had scheduled an appointment with this barber, but unfortunately, he missed it. I was initially frustrated, but I was pleasantly surprised when he r...eached out to me to apologize and make things right. He communicated effectively and promptly refunded my deposit. This showed me that he is a man of character and I appreciate his efforts to rectify the situation. I will likely give him another chance in the future for a haircut. Show more

Im giving one start because i can't post unless i rate the service. I had an appointment with cj for the first time, 4/4/24 @ 11:30 am. So about 1030,... he texted me and said he would be at the shop at about 12 pm. So i left and came back about 11:20am. Since he said he would get there about 12 pm, I figured he would be there around 12:45pm, 1pm came still no cj. By this time, the booking site had already ready charged me for part of a service i never received. Without a call or text, i heard nothing from him. But thanks to the owner, Mike, for being understanding and professional by refunding me my money and giving me a very nice courtesy haircut for the inconvenience. Bottom line if i was late, then i would still pay for the service regardless because it was my fault. Moral of the story no MATTER how good of a barber you are you should be considerate of people's time. Show more
