I was initially frustrated, but I was pleasantly surprised when he r...eached out to me to apologize and make things right. He communicated effectively and promptly refunded my deposit. This showed me that he is a man of character and I appreciate his efforts to rectify the situation. I will likely give him another chance in the future for a haircut. Show more
