My 4:30 appointment began an hour late because when I arrived someone else was already still in the chair not being close to completion. Good business... is communicating with your clients when unforeseen circumstances occur such as this, and due to incompetent communication, dinner reservations and previous plans were cancelled because of this. Additionally, I was charged $100 for braids I feel were unsatisfactory and over priced considering I pay $65 for the same service elsewhere. I will not be returning Show more

I am really sorry it turned out you didn’t like your braids. It’s never my intention for anyone to leave unsatisfied with their hair. Its the reason I guarantee all of my work. It's also the reason I had stated repeatedly while braiding the hearts "if you do not like them I can redo them." I wish you luck on finding the right stylist for your hair care need.
