I booked appointment last Saturday and it was confirmed. I never talked to anyone I got to the address shown on website and called to find which apart...ment, but couldn’t leave voicemail. I even text the phone number, someone read it but never responded. I am highly disappointed because I still haven’t heard from anyone. If you aren’t in business just say that. Show more

I booked an appt for 1pm. I texted the day before with no response. I called upon arrival to the location on the map here in Monroe. I was told she wa...s in Homer and to wait until 5pm. I waited. Its now 6pm. I called a few times and was hung up on. She advised she had bad service via text. I'm now being told she ran out of hair and drove to another city. That doesn't make any sense. I already had my hair. I literally just wasted my entire day trying to give the benefit of the doubt since this was my first time booking. All she had to say was I won't be able to make it way, way before now. Edit: I did speak with her after this review was posted. She was very apologetic and offered to do my style for free but I was already out of town. I was late and couldn't wait any longer. I think she is still worth trying as the other reviews have been stellar and she did attempt to rectify this as a professional should. Show more

I booked her for an interlock session and she told me about how to maintain healthy hair and gave me suggestions on what products to use when going to the store.
