Always the Best!!!!! Cut and chatter and laughter. Will and I have been friends and have cut my hair almost 10 years now. I was one of his first clien...t. I lived in Germantown and decided to move to Hagerstown. And just about every 2 weeks I make the trip back home to get my haircut. No one else can cut my hair except Will. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. 5 starts are not enough.
